PROMOTIONAL PRIZES

Fabulous prizes for three lucky subscribers!

Be in with a chance of winning one of these fabulous prizes. Take out an annual subscription with MANIERA before July 1, 2013, and you will be entered in a drawing for these fantastic prizes. Winners will be chosen at random from our annual subscribers list, and notified by email after the drawing takes place July 3, 2013. Winner’s names will be published in the July issue.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This prize draw is open to anyone who takes out an annual subscription to MANIERA magazine before midnight (EDT/ -4 GMT) 1 July 2013 except employees of MANIERA LLC, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the drawing.
2. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into about the nature of the decision.
3. The winner will be notified within seven days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
4. The prizes as described are available on the date of publication.
5. There will be one winner for each of the following prizes:

i) A pair of titanium and silver earrings designed by Poppy Porter

ii) A limited edition print, ‘Electric Dreams’ signed by artist Dan Kitchener

iii) A signed print of Kobe Bryant by artist Robert Bruno

iv) One 5lb bag of Swiss Trail Mix by The Nut Factory

v) One 2lb bag of Roasted Salted Mixed Nuts  by The Nut Factory

6. The prizes are subject to availability, non- transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
7. The winners will be required to provide a shipping address in order to receive the prize.
8. The winners may be required to participate in publicity.
9. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
10. MANIERA LLC is responsible for the promotion, the publication and adjudication of the prize draw.
